Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
By participating in the LEDGE Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:
Referral reward
For every successful referral, the person making the referral (“Referrer”) receives €50 in LEDGE store credit. The referred customer receives €100 off their eligible LEDGE purchase using the applicable referral discount.
Successful referral
A referral is considered successful when the referred customer completes an eligible purchase and correctly provides the Referrer’s name during the ordering process.
Store credit
The €50 reward is added to the Referrer’s LEDGE customer account after the referred order has been confirmed and the applicable return period has expired. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Accumulating credit
Referral rewards are cumulative. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a customer may make unless otherwise stated by LEDGE. For example, six successful referrals result in €300 LEDGE store credit.
Returns and cancellations
No referral reward will be issued for cancelled, refunded or returned orders. If store credit has already been issued for an order that is subsequently cancelled, refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed, LEDGE reserves the right to deduct the corresponding credit from the Referrer’s balance.
Use of referral discounts
The referral discount is intended for new customers referred to LEDGE and may not be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. A customer may not refer themselves or use their own referral details to obtain both the referral discount and referral reward.
Identification of the Referrer
The referred customer is responsible for providing the correct name and email address of the Referrer when placing the order. LEDGE cannot guarantee that referral credit can be awarded retroactively if this information is missing or incorrect.
Abuse
LEDGE reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, self-referrals or manipulation of the Referral Program.
Changes to the program
LEDGE reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Rewards already validly earned before such a change will remain available in accordance with these terms, unless otherwise required by law.
